find a form of music that is steeped in traditional English culture.

You'll find a family of groups with an initial musical connection
that sprang up in South-East England back in the late 1960's - bands
such as Soft Machine and Caravan, Gong and Matching
Mole plus all associated members' solo releases and side-projects
that fall into the 'Canterbury' category. Soft Machine
were the early pioneers of Jazz-Rock in the UK and they lead
on to bands such as Henry Cow, Pierre Moerlin's Gong
and National Health.
It's
our belief that you won't find a better selection of this genre available
