Centaur Discs is a label that has become synonomous with timeless, quality releases, ideally suited to some of the 'specialist' music areas that CD Services covers; the pairing has produced some of the UK's best selling 'Progressive Rock' and 'Electronic Music' titles - with many more to come in the future.

The label was set up in the early 90's, primarily to re-issue two classic 'Progressive Rock' albums by Scottish band Pallas. Since then Centaur has become a vehicle to introduce music by new, up and coming artists in both the 'Progressive Rock' and 'Synthesizer Music' fields.

Because the owner's main priority has been the CD Services mail-order operations, releases on Centaur have often been few and far between, but when they do come along you can be sure they are always top quality productions that are well worth looking into. Now we are on the Net, there is almost endless potential to promote more great music in the future - so you can expect to see new releases more often.
