Synth musician Axel Stuplich (ala AXESS) & fellow German Guitarist Max Schiefele (aka MAXXESS) release their 3rd exciting instrumental CD together!

Axel Stuplich and Max Schiefele also collaborate together along with another PYRAMID PEAK member, Andreas Morsch, for the two PYRAMAXX albums ‘Distance’ (2015) and ‘Move’ (2017).

For these the EM genre is expanded into the territory termed as ERM (Electronic Rock Music) with a brand of powerful, melodic, dynamic, atmospheric and sometimes experimental music, but first and foremost it’s extremely distinctive. If you haven’t already, you should really check these out.

These two musicians - one friendship - released their first CD together in 2004.
Entitled ‘Contact’, that was 20 years ago! Since then the Electronic Music duo have explored different styles of music in solo projects and other joint projects. They have often been on the road together and have played ‘live’ venues in many countries.
Over the years a deep bond and friendship has developed between the two that goes beyond music.
While ‘Contact’ was a relatively timid approach and an experimental combination of rock and electronics, ’Sleep’ goes well beyond that and is the result of two friends who know exactly how they want to sound.

‘Sleep’ features 8 tracks, and each of them tells their own story that Axel & Max would like to share with their fans. ‘Sleep’ connects us all - everyone sleeps and knows how it feels - It is a dive into a world of its own, a slipping over, a journey. We enter this world to regenerate, but at the same time the dark sides reveal themselves in the subconscious.
