Originally released as a download on December 23rd, 2022, ‘Area 22’ is a composition of many different scenes and recordings, and in some ways reflects the year of 2022 for the composer Dirk Jan Müller.
It all happened as a side effect while producing the ‘Entropy’ COSMIC GROUND album.
Headphone listening is recommended for this one as in some of Dirk's previous compositions, some details of sounds are deep in the mix. You will have different listening experiences if you play this loud, with headphones or quiet in the background.

Performed and produced by Dirk Jan Müller using modular synthesizers, Farfisa organ, Mellotron, Revox and field recordings, ‘Area 23’ features sonic reflections of the year 2023. You can play this loud or low.

‘Area 24’ was released as a download at the end of December 2024, Being reflections of 2024, it felt like publishing a personal photo album of the year, but you cannot see it. Play this one loud or low.
Dirk Jan Müller used: synthesizers, sequencers, Rhodes, Farfisa organ, Mellotron, percussion and field recordings for this work.
