‘Josephine The Mouse Singer’ is TANGERINE DREAM’s latest ‘Sonic Poem’ Cup Disc EP!

The music is based upon a ‘Kafka’ story, and the disc features 5 brand new tracks that come in with a total running time of almost 33 minutes!

‘Four White Wooden Horses’ is a typically modern TD melodic/rhythmic track full of mystery and intrigue.
‘Bleeding Angel’ is a stunning melodic, anthemic filmic track that’s almost Vangelis-like in style and could so easily be a movie theme.
‘Centre Of Now’ is a slow, emotion fuelled ethereal piece with loads of nice choral backdrops and a second half that becomes more rhythmically driven.
‘Josephine The Mouse Singer’ is an ethereal piece with an enchanting female voice part that is similar to what Lisa Gerrard does with Klaus Schulze. Initially set over a slow drumbeat, the piece generates a real sense of mystery and emotion, then later the rhythmic elements pick-up and the synths take over as lead for a passage of truly beautiful soaring melody before the voice returns to close the title track.
‘Arcangelo Corelli's La Folia’ is a symphonic, almost Bach-like track with synth strings leading the way on a jaunty piece of modern day classically influence synth music.

‘Josephine The Mouse Singer’ is a top-notch EP from TD that showcases their strength and talent in producing fantastic melodic synth music that tells a story.
