Limited Edition album containing improvised Berlin-style synth music featuring guest names from the EM genre such as: John Christian and Bert Hulshoff!

‘Modular Sessions 2: Comic Tales’ is second in a series of collaborative improvised Berlin-style CD's which will appear on a monthly or bi-monthly basis in strictly limited editions of 100 numbered copies, which will never be re-pressed. Everyone who purchases the complete set will be eligible to receive a FREE CD featuring some of the music that did not make the final cut for any of the completed album productions

Each issue features long, multi-layered tracks created by Mark Jenkins with guest musicians from all over the world. ‘Cosmic Tales’ includes three long tracks that once again sweeps from mysterious abstract sounds reminiscent of some alien landscape - and comparable to TANGERINE DREAM's ‘Alpha Centauri’ - to fast ratcheting sequencers, drum machines and lead guitar.

This time the guest artists are: John Christian (AIR SCULPTURE), Bert Hulshoff (previously PHROZENLIGHT) and Hannah Chappel (CELLISTICA).
JOHN CHRISTIAN creates the impressive, swirling opening for 'On The Orientation And Magnitude Of The Black Hole Spin In Galactic Nuclei', which at 11:25 is the shortest track on the album!
The other massive pieces are: ‘Landing On The Green Planet' and the epic 'Journey Thru The 7th Galaxy'.

These numbered ‘Modular Sessions’ CD's are expected to become highly collectable!
For collectors, ‘MODULAR SESSIONS 1: GALACTIC VISIONS’ also remains available in very limited quantities.
