Jerome Froese opens up his TANGERINE DREAM archive again in 2026 with the ‘Dream Mixes Ultimate Editions’, kicking off with Parts I & II - the 1995 and 1997 period where he brings an extraordinary chapter back into the spotlight.

The series, originally created by Jerome Froese demonstrates how the characteristic elements of TANGERINE DREAM could be reimagined in a modern form.
The ‘Dream Mixes’ were created in the 1990s as standalone compositions, inspired by the creative renaissance in electronic music of that era. Jerome Froese combined atmospheric sequences, hypnotic rhythms and complex soundscapes with the production methods and stylistic trends of the time, ranging from Ambient to Progressive Electronic Dance Music. The result is an unmistakable sound that draws on the tradition of electronic music whilst feeling fresh and contemporary.

‘Dream Mixes-I’ (1995) and ‘Dream Mixes-II’ (1997), which are being released for the first time as meticulously remastered ‘Ultimate Editions’ on Double CD sets in Digi-Paks.
The remastering was carried out personally by Jerome Froese and preserves the atmosphere of the original recordings, whilst transparency, dynamics and sonic depth have been carefully optimised.

Each ‘Ultimate Edition’ contains the Fully Remastered Original Album on CD 1, with Rare and Previously Unreleased Archive Recordings featuring Alternative Mixes, Radio Edits, Demos, Working Versions and Bonus Tracks on CD 2. The bonus material offers an exclusive insight into the creative development and production of the albums.

‘TD+Jerome Froese-Dream Mixes Ultimate Edition II’ is released on 6th November 2026.
