It’s now over 50 years since TREES’ formation, and the release of the band’s two classic CBS Records vinyl LP’s: ‘The Garden Of Jane Delawney’ (1970) and ‘On The Shore’ (1971).
As well as freshly mastered 2020 versions of these two albums, this package also contains 2 NEW DISCS featuring Alternate Mixes, Early Demos, BBC Sessions and 2018 Live In London Recordings, plus Lost Demos of the tracks: ‘Polly On The Shore’ and ‘Streets Of Derry’.

TREES were a band that helped define the term ‘Acid Folk’, creating a sub-category in the lexicon of record dealers and music critics alike. The core members were: Bias Boshell, Celia Humpris, Barry Clarke, Unwin Brown and David Costa. Many Prog fans will recognise Bias Boshell as the keyboardist who recorded and toured with Barclay James Harvest throughout the 80’s before moving to the Moody Blues in 1987 where he became the band’s primary keyboards player after Patrick Moraz departed the group.

This new TREES collection brings together both albums adding shiny alternate mixes of key tracks along with a selection of Radio Sessions and Demos, all sounding brighter and cleaner than ever before.
This Special Expansive Collector’s Edition celebrates the bands 50th Anniversary.
