PERFECT EARTH is a Band, a Project Name and a Progressive Rock Concept Album performed & produced by a UK based keyboards / synthesizer composer / musician and a band of worldwide session players!
The work is the first in a trilogy of releases that has been assembled by Mark Jenkins, an artist probably better known for his work in the Electronic Music genre, but PERFECT EARTH definitely adds another powerful string to his bow.
From project players that set high band performance standards throughout and featuring a group of top-drawer vocalists, this album tells the story of five rebels escaping the time prison of future despotic rulers, the Apocalypse Kings …

Xenophon - The Philosopher (keyboards / guitars / vocals)
Athena - The Ninja Spy (keyboards / cello / vocals)
Pagliacci - The Eternal Clown (bass / vocals)
Roboto - The Cyborg Scientist (drums / electronic percussion / vocals)
Each character takes a song and there are two ensemble pieces and an instrumental work.

‘Perfect Earth’ is by turns exciting, melodic, empowering, melancholy and triumphant. The playing is excellent, as are all the vocals … always a welcome bonus in the Progressive Rock genre!
