2018 Expanded Triple CD Edition of acclaimed album Inc. 8 Bonus Tracks (5 Previously Unreleased) & 2 Bonus Discs containing 1975 Concert Recordings!

Released in August 1975, ‘Procol’s Ninth’ was the product of a series of recording sessions at The WHO’s Ramport Studios in Battersea, produced by the legendary American song writing and producing team of Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.

‘Procol’s Ninth’ was another fine collection of material written by Gary Brooker and lyricist Keith Reid, with such memorable tracks as: ‘Pandora’s Box’ (a hit single for the band in July 1975), ‘The Unquiet Zone’, ‘Fool’s Gold’ and ‘Typewriter Torment’. However, the album was also notable for featuring two cover versions, namely Leiber & Stoller’s: ‘I Keep Forgetting’ and Lennon & McCartney’s: ‘Eight Days A Week’.

This edition of ‘Procol’s Ninth’ has been Remastered in 2018 and Expanded into a Triple CD that now includes the original album with 8 Bonus Tracks taken from the album sessions (5 of which are Previously Unreleased), along with 2 Additional Bonus Discs recorded in concert at the Capitol Theater, Passaic in New Jersey on 17th October 1975 and at Leicester University on 29th November 1975, both Previously Unreleased.

The release comes packaged in a Multiple Panel Digi-Pak that includes an Illustrated Booklet featuring material from Gary Brooker’s personal archive and an essay by PROCOL HARUM authority Roland Clare.

‘Procol’s Ninth’ was released on 30th November 2018.
