Following their 2017 album: ‘Six’ and the 2018 hit album: ‘Brave New World’, HAWKLORDS release this 3rd part of this trilogy of critically acclaimed albums!

The first two albums in this sequence of releases dealt with the themes of War and Peace, with ‘Heaven’s Gate’ closing the trilogy on the theme of Love.

The album draws together many musical strands that have influenced the band members over the course of five decades including, folk, blues, poetry, rock and roll, pop and electronica, and is described by the group as: “Powerful, thought-provoking meditations on, perhaps, the most endearing of human qualities: Love, itself.”
‘Heaven's Gate’ features: Harvey Bainbridge (synths / fx), Dave Pearce (drums), Jerry Richards (guitars / sound design / fx / vocals), Tom Ashurst (bass / vocals) and Dead Fred (synths / keyboards / vocals).
For the live dates, founder member: Nik Turner, plus former INNER CITY UNIT, KRANKSCHAFT and HAWKWIND member: Dead Fred will be appearing with the band.

A carefully chosen selection of classic songs and new material will be performed by the band on the Generations Tour 2019, which kicks off in October in celebration of 50 years of British space-rock.

‘Heaven's Gate’ is released on 18th October 2019.
