This ‘LIVE IN CONCERT AT METROPOLIS STUDIOS LONDON’ DVD is part of a series of releases featuring studio concerts performed at the tail end of 2010 and early 2011. Each concert was filmed in glorious HIGH DEFINITION (and mixed for 5.1 SURROUND SOUND) before a very small audience at London’s Metropolis Studios in Chiswick, and broadcast to ITV’s usual high standards. If you weren’t one of the lucky 125 people who could afford the £175 admission fee to witness any of these gigs, this product is an ideal way to catch this legendary Band in concert (plus bonus after gig interview) from the comfort of your own armchair and home surround system!
Like all the DVD’s in this series, this one comes with a BONUS AUDIO CD of the concert!
The set comes in a Lavish Fold-Out Digi-Pak with a 12-Page Booklet to document the event.

January 2011, incredibly, was the 50th anniversary of the first ZOMBIES rehearsal in St. Albans, and the band were in Metropolis Chiswick with 125 guests to record this show. Having achieved cult like status around the world, contemporary artists like Paul Weller and Dave Grohl have named them for favourite/influential albums and songs. They’ve had Top 5 and 10 hits in the UK and USA and solo hits which include classics like the still evocative debut early singles: ‘She's Not There’ and ‘Time Of The Season’, plus individually Colin Blunstone has had hits with: ‘Say You Don't Mind’, ‘I Don't Believe In Miracles’ and ‘What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted’ (with Dave Stewart), while Rod Argent scored with tracks like: ‘Hold Your Head Up’ recorded with his namesake rock band ARGENT. Colin Blunstone's unique voice dazzled for this concert, which produced hit after hit, with large chunks of the revered ‘Odyssey & Oracle’ album included for good measure.
The DVD concludes with Interviews with Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent.
